ArgenTag continues to democratize access to long-read single-cell genomics. Following the 2024 introduction of their single-cell RNA library kit based on proprietary smart barcoding technology, users can now also access the demultiplexing software. This tool allows accurate cell calling even in the presence of long-read sequencing noise, avoiding the need for complementary short-read sequencing. The software delivers results in less than 24 hours with minimal IT requirements and can process data from both PacBio and Nanopore sequencing platforms.
This advancement reinforces ArgenTag's vision of offering an instrument-free, rapid, and accessible solution, with a protocol that can be completed in less than 5 hours in any laboratory and allows for the analysis of up to 20,000 cells in a single experiment.
